I have been practising yoga for over ten years. I'm also a
qualified Physics teacher, and have taught for over 22 years, mainly
in Torbay. I originally started practising yoga because of it's stress
relieving and relaxation benefits, and for the physical benefits of greater
flexibility. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to train to be a
qualified yoga teacher.
I offer one to one or small group tuition
in client's homes, group classes, and corporate sessions for
businesses and organisations in a venue of their choice.
